About

NaviGuide started with two geeky friends tinkering with a problem they kept running into: miscommunication at work that didn’t need to happen. Existing personality and motivation assessments describe traits, but they don’t account for how people behave across different situations or provide tools that are useful in day-to-day work.

Dr Lutza Ireland (psychology, design, research, organisational consulting) and Richard Margolin (AI, robotics, engineering, neuroscience) tackled the problem from different angles.

Lutza’s PhD developed a framework to make the invisible aspects of working relationships visible, including how thoughts, behaviours, and environments interact. Richard brought the AI and engineering to turn the framework into a working system that takes complex behaviours and turns it into simple, practical guides you can use and share at work.

The result is NaviGuide: a clear explanation of how you and others work best.
