Connections: Building Your Network

Connections in NaviGuide let you build a network of people you can share personality profiles with and collaborate more effectively.

Why Connect?

• Share profiles directly — Send your personality profiles to specific connections
• See shared profiles — View profiles that connections share with you
• Better collaboration — Understand how to work best with the people in your network

Sending a Connection Request

1. Go to Connections in the navigation menu
2. Click "Add Connection" or similar button
3. Enter their email address — the person must have a NaviGuide account
4. Add a personal message (optional) — let them know why you'd like to connect
5. Send the request — they'll receive a notification

Responding to Requests

When someone sends you a connection request:

• You'll see it on your Dashboard under connection requests
• You can also find pending requests on the Connections page
• Click Accept to connect, or Reject to decline

Managing Your Connections

On the Connections page, you can:

• View All Connections See everyone you're connected with
• Remove Connections Disconnect from someone if needed
• Organize into Groups Create named groups to organize your connections
• Cancel Pending Requests Withdraw requests that haven't been accepted yet
