Managing Your Subscription

NaviGuide offers several subscription tiers to match your needs, from a free plan to enterprise solutions.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings — from your profile menu
  2. Select the Plan tab — view your subscription details

Here you'll see your current tier, billing interval, and features included.

Plan Tiers

NaviGuide offers the following plans:

  • Free — 5 quizzes per month, 20 chat messages per day, basic analytics
  • Individual ($15/month or $150/year) — Unlimited quizzes, 100 chat messages per day, advanced analytics
  • Individual Pro ($20/month or $200/year) — Everything in Individual plus the ability to create guides from shared profiles
  • Team ($25/seat/month or $250/seat/year) — Team collaboration, custom branding, 200 chat messages per day
  • Teams Pro ($35/seat/month or $350/seat/year) — Unlimited everything, advanced analytics and reporting
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing with dedicated onboarding, API access, and SLA

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Plan
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan and billing interval (monthly or annual)
  4. Complete payment — you get immediate access to new features

Billing

Manage your billing through the Plan tab:

  • View billing details via the Stripe customer portal
  • Update payment method — change your card
  • Switch billing interval — toggle between monthly and annual (annual saves ~17%)
📝 Cancellation

If you need to cancel, go to Settings > Plan and click Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
