How to Share

Go to your Profiles page — find the profile you want to share
Select the profile — click to view its details
Click the Share button — look for the share icon
Copy the generated link — it's automatically created for you
Send the link — share with colleagues, friends, or team

What Recipients See

When someone opens your shared guide, they see:

Your User Guide (not your personal Self Guide)
Practical tips for working with you
Things to do and things to avoid

🔒 Privacy Controls

Only your User Guide is shared — personal insights stay private

You control which profiles to share — share only what you want

Revoke access anytime — you can disable shared links if needed

Sharing with Your Team

If you're part of a team in NaviGuide, team members can view each other's shared profiles directly within the team view, making collaboration even easier.
