Completing Assigned Quizzes

When your team admin assigns you a quiz, you'll be notified and can easily find and complete it. This guide covers everything you need to know as a team member.

Where to Find Assigned Quizzes

Assigned quizzes appear in two prominent locations:

• Dashboard Banner A scrollable row of assigned quiz cards appears near the top of your dashboard
• Quizzes Page Banner The same banner appears at the top of the Quizzes page, above the search and filter options

What You'll See on Each Assignment Card

Each assigned quiz card shows:

• Quiz title — the name of the quiz
• Team name — which team assigned it
• Status badge — "Pending" (not started) or "In Progress" (started but not finished)
• Due date — if a deadline was set (highlighted in red if overdue)
• Note from admin — if the admin included a message about why you should take this quiz
• Action button — "Start Quiz" for pending assignments, "Continue" for in-progress ones

Taking an Assigned Quiz

1. Click "Start Quiz" or "Continue" on the assignment card (or navigate to the quiz from the Quizzes page)
2. Complete the quiz as normal — answer all questions and submit
3. Your assignment status updates automatically — no extra steps needed

Status Updates

Your assignment status updates automatically:

• Starting the quiz changes your status from "Pending" to "In Progress"
• Completing the quiz changes your status to "Completed"
• Completed assignments no longer appear in the assigned quiz banner

Due Dates

If your admin set a due date:

• The due date is shown on your assignment card
• Overdue assignments are highlighted in red so you know they need attention
• You can still complete the quiz after the due date — it's a guideline, not a hard cutoff
