Inviting Team Members

Build your team by inviting colleagues, friends, or collaborators to join.

Before You Invite

Make sure you have enough seat licenses available. You can check and add seats in your team's Licenses tab. See Team Subscriptions & Seat Management for details.

How to Invite Members

  1. Go to your team page — access it from "My Team" in your profile menu
  2. Open the Members tab
  3. Click Invite Members
  4. Enter email addresses — add the people you want to invite
  5. Click Send Invitations — invites go out immediately via email

What Invitees Receive

Invited members get an email with:

  • Your name and the team name
  • A link to join the team
  • Instructions to create an account if they don't have one

Managing Invitations

Track your invitations from the Members tab:

  • See pending invitations — who hasn't responded yet
  • Resend invitations — send another email if needed
  • Cancel invitations — remove pending invites

When Members Join

New members can immediately:

  • View Team Profiles See other members' shared personality profiles
  • Share Their Own Share their profiles with the team
  • Collaborate Access team insights and guides
💡 Invitation Tips

Check spam folders — let invitees know to look there

Ensure enough seats — add licenses before inviting if needed

Encourage quiz completion — profiles make teams more valuable
